CMCF has recently invested in “Phoenix Power 1” a 50MW/ 64MWp Solar PV Project in Benban, Egypt.

Phoenix Power 1 signed a 25-year-long Renewable Energy  Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) ,with the Egyptian Electricity Transmission Company (EETC) in August of 2017.

The 50MW Project with the Commercial Operations Date (COD) in April 2019, is on 1,000,000 m2 of land located within the Benban Solar Park.

Catalyst is a 25% shareholder of SP Energy Egypt.
